4. SMS / Text Messaging
As part of our service, we may send you SMS/text messages regarding your account, service updates, and marketing communications related to AIPLUG.
Consent: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from AIPLUG. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and notification preferences.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final confirmation, then no further messages.

- You are responsible for validating AI scripts, routing logic, and responses before and during deployment.
6. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
AI technologies, including our voice receptionist, may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected responses. AIPLUG makes no guarantee that the AI will perform without error in every situation. You are responsible for monitoring the system and notifying us of any issues. No guarantee of specific revenue outcomes or call conversion rates is made or implied.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on the AIPLUG website and platform are the property of AIPLUG and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIPLUG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service.
